My biggest concern in finding an office was working with someone I could trust and in an environment where I would be able to grow as a provider.  The first time I met Dr. Cohen, Dr. Di Cesare, and Dr. Albanese, we spoke for hours but it felt like minutes. I was excited by their energy and passion to provide a space where dentists could provide the absolute best care to their patients.  After working with them for nearly a year, I am so grateful that I can rely on any of them, any time, for guidance and support.  I believe that this teamwork has made me always feel good about coming to work, and has made me better at helping my patients than working alone ever could.

I met Dr. Di Cesare almost a decade ago when I was interviewing for my first job out of dental school. To my surprise and his credit, he took a chance by hiring me on the spot without any experience or even a residency. Since then he has been my mentor both personally and professionally. 

He has provided countless opportunities for me to learn and grow in both my dental and professional skills. When I was ready to branch out and obtain my own practice he was again there to guide me through that arduous process, now with the help of Dr. Cohen and Dr. Albanese. As current president of the New Jersey Dental Board, I was excited to learn and have the ear of such an accomplished dentist like Dr. Cohen to further guide me in honing my dental and professional skills. Dr. Cohen’s help at understanding the legal and contractual obligations of acquiring a dental office are unmatched. 

Dr. Albanese rounds out this impressive group as the one closest to my age and place in life as well as my dental career. It is clear when talking to him that he understands the struggles of balancing having a young family with growing your dental career.  His guidance through this process has been a great model for how I can achieve my goals alongside those of this impressive group. While well respected in their own right, it is truly the coming together of these three excellent dentists and their varied perspectives  and backgrounds that allows me to be confident in the steps I have taken along with their help and guidance to set myself up for continued growth in my career as a dentist and business owner.

When Dr. Steve, Dr. Dan and Dr. Joe acquired Marine Dental Services, I was already working as a dentist there for several years and did not know what to expect with the new change of faces. From the moment I met them all, I felt like I was treated like family and supported in all aspects of dentistry I wanted to provide for my patients. I do not get to work with Dr. Steve or Dr. Dan as much as I would like but they are always available to answer questions and give guidance without hesitation. Dr. Joe and I have worked together almost every day for over two years and he has made coming to the office and working together so enjoyable! I am very lucky and honored to be a part of the team that they have created.

In 2021, Endeavor Dentistry purchased my two dental practices in Newark and Livingston, NJ. The transition has been fantastic! Other dentists I know speak about how uncomfortable they are once they’ve made the sale and how things change with systems for the patients but this has been a remarkable experience. I’ve been supported by everybody in every way. 

Dr. Cohen and the team’s philosophy has been “However you want to keep things, that’s the way we want it. We want it to be as comfortable as possible for you.” He’s not only done that for me but has done that for our staff and patients. After 43 year as a dentist, I feel that I have left my office, my father’s legacy and my legacy in the strongest possible hands. I wish the Endeavor team the best of luck in the future and I support Dr. Cohen, Dr. Di Cesare and Dr. Albanese in everything they do because quite truthfully, I feel that it’s me just 20 years younger and they are making everything as great as possible.
