My greatest talent is recognizing the talent in others and facilitating their growth. Dr. Dan Di Cesare is the CEO and Co Founder of Endeavor Dentistry and former member of The State Board of Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Dan is a practicing General Dentist with years of experience in creating and directing multi location dental practices. He was responsible for the recruitment, hiring, and mentoring of dentists and has continued these efforts with Endeavor.
Dr. Di Cesare’s clinical concentration is Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Laser Dentistry. After years of witnessing the “corporatization” of dentistry he was inspired to create an alternative.
Our primary focus is patient centered delivery of the most current techniques in comprehensive dentistry. Facilitation of equity ownership in private practice of dentists. Expansion of Endeavors concepts into the Tri State Area and beyond.
He is also a fellow of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and was an appointed member to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry by Governor Chris Christie.
Dr. Di Cesare received his Fellowship in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He completed his General Practice Residency from NYU, Langone Hospital (Formerly Lutheran Medical Center). Dr. Di Cesare received his Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Medicine and Dentistry. He also served as a cadet among Virginia Military Institute Corps of Cadets and completed his Bachelors of Science in Psychology at Mount St. Mary’s University.
Dr. Cohen grew up in Westfield New Jersey and attended Westfield High School in Westfield, New Jersey. From there Dr. Cohen received a B.A. in History from Syracuse University. He received his dental training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry now Rutgers University where he received his D.M.D. . After graduating, Dr. Cohen completed a Fellowship in Oral and Maxillo-Facial surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry, University Hospital.
Dr. Cohen then joined the Bayonne Dental Group in Bayonne New Jersey, where he practiced for 20 years. During his first two years of practice Dr. Cohen received a Fellowship in Implant Dentistry from the New Jersey Implant Institute.
Dr. Cohen continued his education by completing the necessary prerequisites to obtain a Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Cohen then went on to complete his certification to become an Invisalign preferred provider. Dr. Cohen is the father of 3 young ladies and has been married for the past 25 years to his wife Katie.

Dr. Cohen prides himself on being available to his patients whether it be a simple filling or a painful emergency. He has always advocated that no one should have to deal with pain and be in discomfort. He has been a member of the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry and became President in January 2022.
Dr. Albanese was born and raised on Staten Island. He attended Monsignor Farrell High School and received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University. Dr. Albanese graduated from Rutgers Dental School in 2011. He went on to complete a general practice residency at Jersey Shore Medical Center where he gained experience in general dentistry, oral surgery and dental implants. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Albanese returned to practice in Staten Island.
Dr. Albanese is a passionate believer in being up to date with all modern dentistry has to offer. His continuing education has focused on dental implants and cosmetic dentistry. He has taken the NYU Implant Continuing Education program and has taken over 100 hours of continuing education each of the last two years.
Dr. Albanese is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the Second District Dental Society of Richmond, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
